An AMAZING stay in a beautiful location!

Our family room was very spacious, with two separate areas. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were so kind and helpful. We especially appreciated Mr Hussam's warm welcome and Mr Hazem's excellent dining experience.
they were not present initially. We had to ask for them, and then they arrived. The process felt less smooth than expected.

The food was AMAZING!!! The dining area offers a great variety. Fresh ingredients were used daily for all meals. I was impressed by the diverse options. A special shoutout to Hazem, the F&B manager, for his care.

The resort is conveniently located near the sea. It provided easy access to local attractions. The serene atmosphere of the resort created a peaceful getaway. A perfect spot for relaxation.

wonderful stay
helpful staffamazing atmosphere
the staff helped in all aspects i especially thank mahmoud zaki ahmad zaki and mr hussam from reception basma handled guest relations well i also appreciate mr hazim and gamil gamal for their helpfulness they were always cheerful with all guests especially my kid abdullah. the grill chef alaa and kimo together with all the waiters created an amazing atmosphere i made lifelong friends here.

the apartment was clean it also felt amazing with beautiful furniture i liked the view to the pool all facilities operated as expected i noticed there were varied activities .

i noted the friendly and knowledgeable reception and public relations staff also the food tasted delicious i spoke with restaurant managers including waiters they are super helpful i appreciated their attentiveness during meals.

the hotel food was delicious and offered variety every day! the family room was spacious with a separate bedroom and a living room. the rooms were very clean, i appreciated that.
the room-to-room phones did not work so communication was difficult.

My room, a Standard Double Room, was not satisfactory. The mini-fridge was unclean. the added bed for our group proved quite uncomfortable for sleeping.

the staff were helpful. abdularzeq at concierge and hossam mohamed at the front desk made check-in quick, early, and upgraded. the windsurfing center on the beach was great, too. i found overall service to be very good. and quick. the room included two separate sinks.
The gym had just a few treadmills. I think there were two.

the rooms were large and comfortable. each room included luxury bedding. i noticed private balconies overlooked well maintained garden views, a nice feature, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

Staff members were polite and offered help regularly. nesma from the guest relations team provided excellent support. She was quite professional. the staff contributed to nice stays. every corner of the hotel ensures both relaxation and enjoyment.
