Awesome stay with great food!

I liked the buffet food selection. A lot of options existed. The room was also spacious, the accommodation was very comfortable. Snorkeling was amazing with the beautiful corals just off the beach!

The pool area is fantastic. Many loungers and umbrellas are available. A nice gym locates on the beach, offering good workout opportunities with enough equipment. The hotel also has a shop, it provides some basic goods.

Staff are really friendly. They are always cute and attend to guest needs. A shuttle bus to town is provided, it makes access convenient. There are also many entertaining shows available. I really enjoyed them.

The hotel is located near the beach, it makes access easy. The location is majestic. Hills are on one side, the sea on the other. It takes around ten minutes by car to the center.

The hotel location offered good views from the room. (It was nice to wake up to this every morning.)
I experienced an issue with the room service charges. There was a 25% addition to the bill that was not specified on the menu. I am unsure how this charge was calculated and would appreciate clarification.

the staff are friendly. the location offers beautiful hills on one side and the sea on the other, but the bus to town fills up quickly.
my room seemed like a concrete cell. the bed had a concrete base. the bathroom was quite dirty. the toilet paper was not refilled, a huge problem.
