super clean room fun aqua park helpful staff

the room, a beautiful room pool view, was super clean and well-equipped. the aqua park was so much fun, i enjoyed the slides. the staff enhanced my visit, always helpful!

The gym equipment was slightly dated. Though it was still functional!

Excellent stay with super clean rooms

Mr mohamed at reception was helpful and offered a warm welcome the hotel was very clean i noticed the room was always super clean. The food tasted delicious it had a great variety every meal felt fresh and well-prepared. All the staff provided great service they were friendly attentive and professional. I liked the big upgrade we received before we arrived it was a great surprise for our family of six.

the toilet flush did not have much power which was a slight inconvenience the mini bar also struggled to get cold.

the resort has multiple pools that appear well kept and clean the main restaurant provides a diverse selection of meals catering to different tastes and dietary needs. i noticed a dedicated kids' club offering a variety of activities for younger guests.

misleading photos rude staff

the restaurant had many food options.

I found several issues . This was inconvenient. also, staff at the other hotel were rude when i tried to walk on the beach in the evening (it felt inconvenient).
