Acceptable stay, but some issues
broken air conditioning no refund option
The location was good as it was close to the train station.
The air conditioning was NOT working . It was quite hot. Staff provided water and a fan but did not adjust the rate even though they knew about this issue beforehand. The hotel should have notified me before my arrival and given me the option for a refund.
