long check-in staff inefficiency

the hotel provided free public transport passes, a nice surprise.

Check-in took an eternity. I think about an hour. i watched staff spend ages serving one couple. This left only one person checking people in at a snail's pace (15-20 minutes each).

reasonable stay

quiet rooms free tickets closed restaurant limited food

the rooms were clean and quiet (a good combination for a restful night). free transit tickets were a great perk. this made getting around simple.

the restaurant was closed on sunday. i arrived hungry after a long drive (from austria, actually) and couldn't get any food at the hotel. a 4 star hotel should have some food available.

parking arrangement friendly staff city pass soap absence faulty elevators window issue

The parking arrangement was great! I found the staff friendly. The hotel provided free passes for the city. I could refill my water bottle from the water station.

There was no soap in the room! The elevators were faulty. I waited ten minutes once. The window in my room wouldn't close properly.

Mixed Experience Due to Room Issues

awkward bed arrangement slow check-in

The hotel offered free public transportation passes, convenient.

I encountered some problems . The room wasn't initially set up correctly, and I had to request someone to set up the third bed. This was done awkwardly, requiring me to redo it. Check-in also took over an hour due to slow service.
