The room was clean and well-equipped. I found a spacious, very comfortable bed. plenty of towels were in the bathroom. lots of hot water. the staff was helpful, really friendly. i thought the location gave good access to bigger roads. It is situated ideally for the airport too.

some butcombe beers weren't available. that was a pity.

The staff offered a breakfast to take away since i was leaving early and would miss breakfast. it was a lovely thought, and very unexpected. the breakfast included more than just one meal. It was amazing.

i found the staff really friendly and kind. the garden had a playground that my kids enjoyed. the room included nice products and a big comfy bed that i appreciated.
