polite staff historical charm pleasant interaction
the staff was consistently warm and courteous, ready to assist with any need. every staff interaction was pleasant, it really reminded me of a home. the interior design has a historical charm reminiscent of a private residence.
the television was awkwardly placed and difficult to view comfortably from the bed.

The staff were very friendly and informative. I found the history of the house a good reading experience. I especially loved being on Frith Street and the breakfast bread basket with tea.
The hotel room floor was noticeably slanted. It was difficult to walk around inside and the hotel room felt cramped for two people with luggage

Really good Experience
quick check-in helpful staff air conditioning easy access
The check-in and check-out processes were both quick. Staff members helped with my luggage to my room. Air conditioning was available. I found easy access to the tube, and many sights were within walking distance.
The stairs seemed a bit precarious in some areas because the building is quite old.

Breakfast delivery to the library or wardrobe room is an option. The english cuisine offered during breakfast was amazing. There is a honesty bar, open to the public.

My room was quiet and functional. Windows open, letting in fresh air. The room decor includes preserved period furnishings and architecture. High beds and bathrobes are available.

The staff provided excellent service. The hotel provided convenient luggage storage on arrival and departure days. I also enjoyed the complimentary upgrade to a larger room during the week. Windows were extra-glazed, blocking noise from the lively area.
The room lacked sufficient accessible plug points. I found only two in the room. Reaching them was also difficult.
