The front desk service was very cute and helpful.

The lighting in the room was inadequate making it difficult to get dressed or find clothing. This was a significant drawback. The room included strange balcony doors where one set remained permanently ajar because of water damage.. closing them for security reasons proved impossible, though they led only to a ledge. This felt both dangerous and peculiar.

Ram was an amazing bartender, ! after-hours drinks at the bar were just fantastic. i loved the location. It made hopping on and off the tube really easy. it was so convenient, and i felt connected to everything!

Checking in took quite a while. The staff was super friendly, it just took a bit longer than expected.

the hotel is central to many parts of the city and also in a quiet part of town. with train stations within walking distance, it is perfect for tourists who want to explore attractions. the neighborhood is business and financial.

a continental breakfast with coffee prepared to order was provided, also juices, yogurt, and fruit. a lovely selection of continental items are always being replenished, followed by a cooked breakfast from the menu. the food was AMAZING!!!
