i loved the hotel's location! it was a short walk to main attractions. the staff arranged a private car for us. we were greeted by staff on arrival, they escorted us to the hotel. the rooms were clean and beautiful!
i could hear constant, loud 'knocking' sounds. it was hard to relax in the evenings. the ac didn't work, so we had to open the window, and mosquitos bit us all night.

The room was gorgeous. It was large. the bed was comfortable.
i had an issue in the room and it was resolved by the service staff. i was not happy about the initial problem. the staff were courteous but the inconvenience was frustrating.

Decent Hotel ,But Some Issues

The breakfast spread included a choice of fresh foods. It was well presented and nothing ever ran out. The staff was helpful and friendly , they were able to assist with directions.
I heard very loud knocking constantly. It was difficult to relax in the evenings. The AC was inoperative , forcing me to leave the window open which allowed mosquitos to bite me throughout the night.

The location was near two waterbus stops. This made travel simple. Breakfast offered many options. I found the staff very helpful in giving information on how to reach the hotel from the airport. The staff also provided information about reaching the train station.
I found the sign on the wall was hard to see. The sign was a tiny dark bronze.

the included breakfast was really awesome! it had many options. the room itself was a superior double room. it was nice and clean. the staff was helpful, especially with directions and transportation arrangements to the airport. this hotel has really good amenities and top notch service.
i wish the room had more drawers for clothes. the hangers also seemed a bit silly to me. every time i hung my coat, it fell to the floor.
