room spaciousness breakfast selection weak pressure misleading view

the location is pretty great, very near a well-known bridge. the room was beautiful and spacious. breakfast was well done. i noticed a decent selection of food, and the staff seemed friendly.

i did experience some issues. the shower pressure was weak, a bit disappointing. also, the view from my 'partial canal view' room was mostly visible only from the toilet. it felt a bit misleading.

convenient location short walk canal views attentive service

the hotel's location near the rialto bridge proved very convenient. i found several restaurants just a short walk away. the rooftop bar provided great canal views. breakfast had many choices and very attentive service.

the shower pressure was quite weak, a minor inconvenience.

the staff was helpful, remembering all our needs. the cleanliness and beauty of the hotel impressed me! i found the breakfast excellent. the junior suite with canal view offered gorgeous views.

the shower design caused the toilet floor to get wet.

fantastic stay!

perfect location smiling staff

The location was perfect, very close to the rialto bridge (easy to get around!). the staff was super helpful and always smiling. i particularly appreciated the water taxi access. It made getting to and from the airport very easy.

i noticed some noise from the rooftop bar late at night. it might be better to request a room on a lower floor if you are a light sleeper.

breakfast included a good selection of pastries and fresh fruit. omelets were made to order (they were delicious!). i found the dining area very clean and well kept.
