the furniture in the restaurant looked really old, it made me uncomfortable dining there. it NEEDS updates. the restaurant area did not feel fresh or modern at all.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast variety was excellent and delicious. i enjoyed the lake view from my room (it was gorgeous!). the spa access was a nice perk with long open hours.
the water in the jacuzzi was a little cold, it made my time slightly less enjoyable (but not too bad).

i enjoyed the sunrise over the water i also appreciated the mountains in the background it was a peaceful escape from the city the hotel was clean as new i used the multiple saunas jacuzzis and the well-equipped gym i found the breakfast amazing there were fresh fruit meats and local eggs. the staff kindly provided a phone charger when i forgot mine and surprised me with a birthday cake
the walls between the rooms are too thin i could hear my neighbors i was awoken by noisy neighbors otherwise the hotel had lovely facilities a great swimming pool jacuzzi and sauna

Our romantic getaway was really good. we booked the suite that came with a lake view. the suite had wonderful amenities and plenty of space. the bed offered great comfort and the shower was a delight. breakfast was included. It presented many food choices.
i booked the hotel due to its location. the room i stayed in lacked proper cleaning, disappointing. this detracted from the overall quality.
