The location near a tram stop proved acceptable. It was convenient for reaching the city center.

I found the room assigned to me quite disappointing. It lacked a proper window. Instead, it had just a glass pane facing an internal hallway.

the minibar was complimentary and stocked. the bathroom featured efficient design, excellent water pressure, and many towels. i found the quality of the toiletries to be great. housekeeping kept everything fresh and tidy.

the room felt warm. i could not adjust the temperature. i had to open the window. this resulted in an allergic reaction because of an extraction vent outside.

ineffective cooling system noticeable noise

I was quite disappointed by a couple of things . The cooling system in the room was INEFFECTIVE, so controlling the temperature was difficult. The room felt stuffy. the noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable (especially in the mornings). This made it hard to relax.
