Fantastic Hotel with Excellent Facilities

The room was spacious. It included a mini bar stocked with tea and coffee. The bathroom provided soap, shampoo, heated towels, a bathrobe, and slippers, which I found very convenient. A free city pass for transportation was provided by the staff.

The remote control for the blinds was not working perfectly, a minor inconvenience.

the staff provided a comfy bed, a towel and a dish for my dog. the rooms are bright, clean, and i saw a great view of the lake. i would stay here again.

my room was on the top floor with over half of the floor space under restricted height. i banged my head against the slanted roof multiple times. the room cannot be used as a hotel room for tall folks.

the location is superb by the lake. the hotel is very clean. the underground parking is convenient, and additional parks around the hotel are useful if you travel with a dog.

I noticed the room's air conditioning stopped working after 30 minutes. I had to manually restart it. this was quite inconvenient for me!
