The hotel offered magnificent views of Lake Geneva, I enjoyed watching the changing light throughout the day (I especially loved the twinkling lights from Evian at night). The hotel is easily accessible by metro, a very convenient feature. I also appreciated the complimentary public transport ticket provided, it made getting around the city much easier.

The old iron in my room lacked steam, the replacement provided had a large crack, it leaked water all over my suit.

the location was fantastic i could walk to many places. my room was spacious it was clean. breakfast was also very nice in the hotel restaurant i loved it.

the iron was very old it did not have steam. i asked for a steamer but it leaked everywhere. they only gave me one bath towel i did not get a washcloth
