friendly staff nice balcony blackout blinds
i found the staff very friendly. our double room offered a nice balcony i loved. the blackout blinds were a very nice feature, a true blessing for afternoon naps and a peaceful morning.

The location proved very convenient, offering easy access to key city spots. Secure parking was available, giving me peace of mind (always a plus). The staff members were consistently helpful . I found a high quality feel throughout the hotel, contributing to a relaxing experience.

metro access public transport
The hotel offered magnificent views of Lake Geneva, I enjoyed watching the changing light throughout the day (I especially loved the twinkling lights from Evian at night). The hotel is easily accessible by metro, a very convenient feature. I also appreciated the complimentary public transport ticket provided, it made getting around the city much easier.
The old iron in my room lacked steam, the replacement provided had a large crack, it leaked water all over my suit.

Staff were helpful with requests. Repair was handled promptly. Staff members at the reception and dining areas are consistently attentive to guests needs.

great location clean room nice breakfast old iron single bath towel missing washcloth
the location was fantastic i could walk to many places. my room was spacious it was clean. breakfast was also very nice in the hotel restaurant i loved it.
the iron was very old it did not have steam. i asked for a steamer but it leaked everywhere. they only gave me one bath towel i did not get a washcloth
