train station spacious room breakfast option

the location near the train station was super convenient i found my room spacious the breakfast offered many options i needed a backup plan due to a snow storm the hotel had electricity when many places did not they offered hot soup and tried to prepare breakfast even without full power it really made a difference

the spa closing time was misrepresented to me once

noisy street firm pillows

the breakfast had lots of choices, acceptable.

I was not happy the room faced a noisy street. Sleep was difficult. the pillows were too firm. I requested softer ones, they weren't much better. the noise and poor pillows affected my rest.

unwelcoming atmosphere strict food control

the location was very convenient!

The staff seemed overly concerned with minor things. i reminded me of i was being watched regarding the food i took. it felt a bit unwelcoming. It definitely affected my experience.
