The location was convenient near the metro and lake. the staff facilitated free public transit access. the room featured a small balcony for morning coffee. an electric towel dryer was a useful addition for laundry. Though the room was small, i enjoyed my stay.
pillows were quite uncomfortable! the room got hot easily and the air conditioning on its lowest setting was noisy.

The location was great, near the metro, which facilitated my trips. The reception staff were very helpful in arranging transportation. The room itself was a good size and featured very comfortable beds. I found the complimentary travel card especially useful for getting around the city.

the location was acceptable though the parking was quite central and also next to the metro.
The pillows were uncomfortable, i really struggled to sleep. the room easily got too hot. Consequently, the air con was necessary, though it was very noisy even on the lowest setting. breakfast was not included, even though other similar hotels usually provide it.

I was a bit disappointed by a few things. the air conditioning was quite loud even on the lowest setting. It made it hard to sleep. also, breakfast wasn't included and it was quite expensive at chf 30 per person. it would have been nice if a hotel of this standard included breakfast or at least offered it at a more reasonable price.
