The hotel staff were very helpful and knew the area well. They recommended local places to eat. they made space for us to store our luggage even though their usual holding space was unavailable. I slept in a comfortable bed with great bedding in my superior double room.

The breakfast buffet was varied. I found plenty of gluten-free options which is rare. the rooms, bar, and public areas were very clean and well maintained. nicoleta in food services impressed me with her efficiency. katherine husebo, the hotel manager, was professional and alert. She made a great impression!!!
I noticed that the hotel lacked air conditioning in the room. This made temperature control challenging.

The room was well-furnished. It featured comfortable bedding and an endless supply of hot water. while there was no air conditioning, requesting a fan resolved any discomfort related to room temperature. It was great.

The breakfast buffet presented a large variety of selections, including gluten-free items. i particularly appreciated the relaxing atmosphere during breakfast. It was a good way to start the day. The food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel provides a rooftop bar that offers city views. The staff helped me choose the right drink for the evening. I found the breakfast to be excellent with a very wide range of choices available. The staff demonstrated kindness and were helpful . The hotel has a great atmosphere, upgraded with a fireplace and nice decorations.
I noticed the rooms and bathrooms are a bit small, but they are equipped with soundproofing.

The location made it easy to explore. The staff were friendly. Breakfast offered a nice variety (i loved it!). The room was clean.
The bathroom didn't have a lock. It was odd. The hotel was loud. I could hear music from the floor below. It kept me awake. It's the first time this happened to me.

breakfast had options i could tolerate so i didn't starve.
the room i got, supposed to be a 'superior double room,' felt more like a slightly upgraded broom closet. the bathroom was so tiny it was like i was showering in an airplane lavatory, and the bed was like sleeping on a slab of norwegian granite. also, the promised 'city view' was mostly a view of a brick wall, so that was a lie too.
