fresh food reception desk harbor location
the breakfast buffet offered many choices and the food tasted fresh. i found the staff at the reception desk very helpful and polite. the location was GREAT, right by the harbor.
the bathroom lacked toiletries.

harbour view food variety
The harbour view from my room offered constant entertainment. i especially enjoyed the included breakfast and light evening meal. The variety of food available was a definite plus.
the noise from nearby clubs continued late into the night.

sufficient breakfast helpful staff excellent location uncomfortable matress some dust noisy extractor
the breakfast was always good and very sufficient. the staff was helpful. the location is excellent for touring. i found the staff wonderful, .
the matress wasnt very comfortable and nor the pillows. there was some dust. the ensuite extractor fan wouldn't turn off so my sleep was disturbed. im sure it could be fixed though.

a balanced experience
central location friendly staff helpful staff unclean room food remains hair drain
the hotel location is central. a 7/11 is around the corner and that was convenient. the staff members were friendly and helpful.
my room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. i found food in the fridge left by a previous guest. i also noticed hair in the shower drain.
