The staff offered excellent service. I received a complimentary buffet meal ticket for the restaurant. The location is ideal, right in the city center, enabling easy exploration. My room included a personalized note, and the bed with its pillows provided really good comfort.
The coffee at breakfast was not to my taste. It was somewhat unpleasant.

the location was very central. the airport shuttle bus stopped directly outside. breakfast was very enjoyable with plenty of choice. reception staff were helpful throughout my stay.
the room had a fridge that clanged all night. the bed seemed like sleeping on a base mattress. pillows were too big and gave me neck pain.

The breakfast had many options. the location was convenient, with the airport bus stopping right outside. the reception staff was really friendly. the room was lovely, with a generously sized bathroom. It was not always the case with other hotels i've stayed in.
The room did not have air conditioning. It got warm at night, and a small fan was not sufficient.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices. chefs were present, preparing food. i also appreciated the helpfulness of all the staff (they seemed happy to assist). the location is perfect. It's right in the city center.
my room did not have air conditioning, so it got warm at night. a small fan was provided, but it wasn't very effective. the curtain in my room wasn't a blackout curtain, so light leaked through (that bothered me a little bit). the pillows were too big, and i felt slight neck pain.

check-in was smooth. the breakfast was lovely, a snack at teatime was appreciated. i enjoyed the complimentary soup and bread.
the hotel lacked air conditioning. a small fan was provided, but it wasn't really effective. light leaked through the curtains at night.
