The shuttle to town was convenient.
My room overlooked the underground parking entrance. Hardly the sea view I envisioned. The hotel charged extra to use the mini-fridge. Seriously?

the location was acceptable, it had views.
the room had a problem. housekeepings did not clean properly even tho i tipped them generously. this is not a real five star hotel.

the location is wonderful, very private. the staff provided excellent service. i loved the free shuttle to town a few times daily. the little beach below was so nice for my family (it felt exclusive!).
the balcony light at night was very bright. (a minor issue, i know!).

Really good stay with superb amenities

The hotel offered an amazing breakfast with extensive choices, this made starting the day wonderful. I found the sea water pool relaxing. The sun loungers were comfortable, several styles were available.
The bar did have a slight unpleasant odor at times .

This location has easy beach access and offers superb views. I admired cala fornells from the balcony. The hotel is quiet at night. There is no loud music.
