The shuttle to town was convenient.
My room overlooked the underground parking entrance. Hardly the sea view I envisioned. The hotel charged extra to use the mini-fridge. Seriously?

lackluster stay, some issues seen
poor housekeeping proper cleanliness
the location was acceptable, it had views.
the room had a problem. housekeepings did not clean properly even tho i tipped them generously. this is not a real five star hotel.

private location excellent service free shuttle exclusive feel
the location is wonderful, very private. the staff provided excellent service. i loved the free shuttle to town a few times daily. the little beach below was so nice for my family (it felt exclusive!).
the balcony light at night was very bright. (a minor issue, i know!).

this hotel has three pools with sea views from all of them. the hotel has bike friendly policies and also a bike room. many cabanas and loungers are available (plenty to choose from!).

sea view breakfast variety useful beach bag
i liked the multiple pools that all had sea views. the breakfast was good and offered a variety of options. i appreciated that the hotel provided a beach bag in the room for guest use .

Really good stay with superb amenities
extensive choices sea water comfortable style
The hotel offered an amazing breakfast with extensive choices, this made starting the day wonderful. I found the sea water pool relaxing. The sun loungers were comfortable, several styles were available.
The bar did have a slight unpleasant odor at times .

This location has easy beach access and offers superb views. I admired cala fornells from the balcony. The hotel is quiet at night. There is no loud music.

The hotel provides multiple pools , including one on the fourth floor. The gym provides suitable equipment for workouts. A bike room is available for cycling enthusiasts.

The breakfast staff are helpful and friendly. All staff has high service skills. The hotel is very accommodating to dogs. Staff provided water bowls.
