The hotel grounds were MAGICAL. I seemed like i was wandering through a lush, tropical paradise with so much amazing wildlife. the beach was beautiful. It provided a tranquil escape where i could stroll along the soft sand and listen to the waves.
I noticed SOME stray dogs wandering around the hotel premises. This could be a concern with allergies or those who aren't comfortable around animals. the evening entertainment was quite limited. It would be wonderful if there were more variety to keep guests engaged.

Jungle Stay with Excellent Service

I spent three nights here and the grounds were a highlight. The layout felt natural, and the jungle setting really stood out. I liked how easily I could access the beach directly from the hotel. It was a very short walk. The staff members were all so friendly. They always greeted me with a smile.
The lighting felt too dim in certain areas of the resort at night. Walking around some of the paths felt a bit unsafe because it was hard to see.

The breakfast buffet offered a large variety of options. I could find both local and international dishes. The a la carte food at the restaurant was quite good, with fresh seafood available. I especially enjoyed the themed buffet nights that featured live cooking stations.

The staff were always very helpful and quick to address my requests. The desk organized everything efficiently. The promptness of the room service stood out. My orders arrived quickly and accurately.

The pools were all well kept and I noticed plenty of sunbeds around each. The spa offered a good selection of treatments. I found the massage relaxing. The gardens were meticulously kept. It created a calm environment.

My room had a spacious balcony and a great view of the gardens. The bathroom included a rainfall shower and separate bathtub. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was cleaned every day.

Wonderful Stay Amidst Nature

The breakfast buffet had many options. I liked the fresh fruit station and the egg cooking service. Multiple pools offered diverse swimming experiences (some are ornamental). I found ample sunbeds available throughout the resort, both near the pools and on the beach.
The evening entertainment in the upstairs bar was repetitive (same songs, same singers).

The room had air conditioning to control temperature. Fresh water was provided daily. There were also fresh towels supplied each day (which I found very convenient after swimming).

The hotel grounds featured many treeswith shade. The beach stretches for approximately 5 km. Morning walks allowed me to enjoy its full length. The garden upkeep occurred daily, keeping the premises tidy.

mixed feelings about this stay

the resort felt a bit dated to me. the lighting in my room felt dim, not really showing much sunlight because of all the trees. the room i had also included a step-down bath, i found this to be not very practical.
