mediocre stay with some issues
old equipment rude staff
the breakfast had a good selection of food.
the gym had very old equipment (i reminded me of i was in a museum) and that was quite disappointing. the room cleaning was performed very late at 5pm and the staff at the swimming pool weren't very friendly. it reminded me of i was bothering them just by being there (maybe i was).

a treasure by the sea
spacious villa short walk swim-up bar
It was spacious and tranquil. the short walk to nearby shops and restaurants made exploring easy. the pools were gorgeous, and i particularly enjoyed the swim-up bar. It was a welcome treat after a day in the sun.
the hotel had no dedicated car service to reach the airport. i had to rely on external services and was anxious about potential delays or cancellations.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. I found many delicious options. everything was fresh, and the service was attentive! the restaurant provided a good start to each day.

the hotel featured lovely pools and a swim-up bar. direct beach access was particularly wonderful, i could walk straight from the hotel to the sand! plenty of poolside lounges were always available.

mixed feelings about this stay.
The breakfast had a lot of options. That was acceptable.
The air conditioning in the room was not great. It was old and difficult to regulate so i was often too hot or too cold, nothing in between.

great location varied pools
I found the location to be great. I could easily access nearby markets. The hotel grounds were well-kept. It seemed like a botanical garden. There were multiple pools to choose from.

comfortable room clean room great water pressure limited water no complimentary water missing water tap
i stayed in the main building for seven nights. the rooms were comfortable and clean. the beds were comfy and the shower had great water pressure.
only two 500ml bottles of drinking water were initially provided daily. there was no complimentary water by the pools. the website advertised a filtered water tap, i didn't see one in the room.
