stylish decor helpful staff beautiful space small room odd sink stupid uniform

The hotel had a stylish decor. The staff was helpful. Kite eatery offered a beautiful space for dining. The menu seemed varied. I liked that.

The rooms seemed small. The sink was oddly placed in the room's middle. It looked stupid!

mixed feelings about this stay

cramped bathroom small pool

i found the room a bit small. the bathroom felt cramped, and the wash basin being in the middle of the room was odd. the pool area always felt overcrowded. there really wasn't enough space to relax, and it didn't feel very kid-friendly because there wasn't much for them to do. i probably wouldn't choose this hotel if i had kids with me.

helpful staff juice selection great view

i really like this hotel staff! they're super friendly and helpful with everything. my room included a mini bar stocked with juice and water. the pool area is awesome and offers a great view of the area, so great!

the rooftop floor hosts the breakfast area and it had so many choices. they have a special happy hour that makes you buy one and get one free drink. this place is perfect for dining!

the hotel's location is close to the bts train station, so getting around is easy. there's a seven eleven both across the street and around the corner from the hotel. grab taxis to places takes around 45 minutes.

a decent hotel stay

rooftop pool friendly staff polite staff slow check-in crispy bacon slow refills

the hotel features a rooftop pool. it has views of the city. the staff were friendly and polite from the entrance. cake, mook, and ying helped cater to our needs.

Check-in took too long, even after online check-in. breakfast could improve. The bacon was never crispy. fruit refills were slow. a late check-out request until 4 pm was rejected, despite melia gold membership benefits.
