Breakfast was amazing! the staff was super nice and helpful, i really appreciated their luggage storage service. the rooms are big and comfortable. We loved that.

Our room wasn't perfect. the blinds were broken. That wasn't ideal. there was no hot water in the master bathroom for most of our stay! and we couldn't access the patios.

our three-bedroom suite was excellent and spacious. the family enjoyed the pool area with its fun slide. ordering food there was quite reasonable.

the gym had limited equipment and felt a little outdated. i think adding newer machines would make a real difference.

the room size was big, it featured ample space. breakfast was very good with a wide selection. i found places nearby with good food options.

my room was on the 27th floor, the windows were locked. upon check-in, i had to leave a 2000 baht deposit in cash.
