I always appreciate the free tuktuk service to the main road. It really simplifies getting around. the rooftop pool offered fine city views, especially romantic at sunset. the room service was prompt and accurate (a rare and lovely treat).
i noticed the bar had limited hours , made enjoying a late nightcap a bit challenging.

The breakfast had a good selection. i found the egg station very convenient, though the coffee was decent. the building felt well insulated. I could switch the ac off at night and sleep comfortably.

The room was spacious and offered a nice view.
I was dissapointed by the noise coming from the air conditioning unit. It was really noisy, so it was difficult to sleep. the hotel location is far from public transport I found.

the room was clean and modern. the breakfast had great variety. i especially liked the fresh fruit (the mango was amazing!). the staff was very professional and well trained.

the tuk-tuk service operated 24/7. it transported guests to the main street entrance.. this proved very useful. tao bin vending machine was available in the lobby. it offered a convenient option for refreshments. the bts station was about a 6-7 minute walk. i found many shops in the surrounding area.
the card machine was not equipped for contactless payments. this made transactions slightly less convenient. i found it to be a minor inconvenience.

The staff were amazing and kind. the room was clean. the soundproofing worked well. It was a five-star hotel experience (rare to find these days!).
the double bed was actually two single mattresses pushed together. it was quite uncomfortable and created a separation in the middle.
