the pool on the tenth floor wasn't busy, nice. i booked the grand beautiful corner room sea view.
my room wasn't as clean as i'd expect for the price. the air conditioner made more noise than cool air, and it was hard to sleep. during a shower, the water suddenly turned a strange brownish color and stayed that way for hours. it was really unappealing.

SO-SO stay at a not-so-great price

musty odor
The room had an odd musty odor, not what i EXPECT from a hotel of this supposed caliber. The mini-fridge barely cooled anything, and i had to request ice multiple times just to keep my drinks remotely cold. I am not impressed AT ALL.

the building is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and polite. the drinks were delicious, as was the food. breakfast buffet was large. the corner room provided harbor views, a big comfortable bed, and modern rooms. it is near terminal 21 and beach road.
the air conditioner makes a lot of noise though it doesn't cool much.

MAY and SOEY were very kind and helped upgrade my room. The staff was nice and attentive, i felt welcomed there. The environment was peaceful, and everything was well organized. It was the perfect choice for a relaxing vacation, i REALLY felt at peace!!!
The breakfast area was very busy. This was mainly in the early morning due to tourist groups. It remained busy until around 9 o'clock, which sometimes made it difficult to find a quiet spot immediately.
