dining table powerful air conditioning

the room had a dining table, so i ordered in and watched netflix. the air conditioning was powerful (it cooled the room quickly).

there was a slight mix-up regarding the check-out time, but it was quickly resolved.

charming stay with very nice service

active owner friendly staff spacious room

the owners were present, actively assisting guests with any needs. the staff was helpful and friendly. my room was very clean. it also was spacious. i found the floor-to-ceiling glass added a nice feeling of openness.

the food menu stated service until 21:00. however, when i tried to order at 20:00, the chef had already left. vat was added to all orders. this was unexpected.

breakfast was simple, but the staff treated me well in the morning. the food was very good. they kept me the same table every night. they did this without me asking, knowing i liked it.

the hotel is a little out of town and up the hill. a shuttle runs four times a day to and from town. i also took taxis for about £4. i did not find this inconvenient.
