The bed was quite hard. It made sleep a little difficult. the breakfast ordering system felt inconvenient. I had to decide what i wanted the day before and specify a time. portions were small, and my hot food was consistently served cold.

I found the hotel design beautiful and curated. Every detail was well cared for. The team was friendly. I received great help from the staff. This stay was among the greatest I have ever had.
