this place is amazing! the sky bar had amazing view. the bath tub in my room didn't run out of hot water, it was awesome. the staff are helpful and very friendly. food was great too!

the music by the pool was loud. i couldn't relax there.

I totally loved the big rooms! i got a fantastic view from my window and the pool was awesome plus the beach felt really private. it was great having someone on whatsapp too. They answered all my questions super fast! it was so convenient.

The lifts did take a little while sometimes, especially during peak hours. That was a bit of a wait.

Our beautiful ocean king room included two separate sinks. This was a major convenience! there was also a rainfall shower, it felt luxurious after a long day. i loved the modern fixtures and spacious layout.

Staff booked us a cruise for less than what we found outside. That saved us some cash! i wanted to rent a bike, and they contacted a bike shop, everything was set up quickly. the prices matched outside rentals.

I stayed in a premier ocean king room, it offered a good view. the breakfast had lots of variety and tasted good. I liked the pho station. the hotel provided towels at the spa and pools, a nice convenience.

the lifts took a while, stopping on every floor almost.

I enjoyed the spacious room. It included a well kept design. The spa was designed beautifully. The treatments were a good level.

The pillows were terribly thin. This made for a bad sleep.
