the hotel was brand new with a contemporary design, something i appreciate. its location was a central transport hub, a definite plus. the coffee machine in the lobby was very convenient, and the staff was available around the clock. the beds were comfortable.
the breakfast, while tasty, was served in a separate hotel.

the staff greeted me each morning with a warm smile, it really was like a home. i asked for extra pillows, and they arrived promptly, soft and fluffy. the location was perfect for romantic strolls, a good experience. i loved the free coffee in the lobby, a sweet touch, and the wifi worked wonderfully.
the sink was actually in the room and not properly separated which did impact my sense of privacy a little.

the breakfast had lovely views from the sister hotel, a nice short walk, i loved the service. norma bakery is a minute away and is an amazing place. i recommend it highly.

The location is excellent for accessing local transport. Bus 100E goes directly from the airport. Breakfast is located at RUM hotel, its brother hotel. The rooftop view at breakfast made for a GREAT start to the day.
The housekeeping staff NEEDS some retraining. I had to request tea and coffee replenishment every evening. I asked reception to book a taxi for 7.30 am to the airport and it was NOT booked. This oversight left a bad taste.
