The location was EXCELLENT. Public transport of Metro Line 4 and Tram 4-6 are very close. The wifi setup separately for each room is very useful and the download speed is decent.
The bedroom window is inside the building, on the interior corridor so it is noisy! When night comes, it is difficult to sleep with lights turning on and off every time someone enters his room. They should consider at least installing some electric blinders. The walls are thin because you can enjoy every step the one above you makes.

The hotel features underground parking. This provided secure and convenient storage for my vehicle. The reception staff maintained a professional and cute demeanor. I secured an apartment upgrade . It included a nice balcony.
The pillows need improvement. They were not ideal. I encountered a complicated door opening system initially. It became easier after some use. Exiting the room briefly required going outside. This was noticeable when the weather turned colder.

i'm somewhat disenchanted. the air conditioning was not effective. i found it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. the thermostat seemed to reset itself frequently. despite adjusting it, the room often reverted to a cooler temperature.

The suites feel like individual apartments. My suite was spacious. it had all necessities for extended stays, like a washing machine. the location is good. Many restaurants surround the area. i received a mini bottle of local sparkling wine, a nice touch for tasting the local wine.
the breakfast selection was quite poor with limited variety. there was no omelet station. tea, coffee, and milk requests took a long time to fulfill. the slow service and lack of variety made breakfast underwhelming.

i appreciated the size of the room (it was a beautiful suite). the beds were comfortable and of a good size. the location is also quite good, with the metro station a short walk away.
the soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear noise from the corridor and other rooms. the thermostat seemed to reset itself, a bit annoying. it would return to a low temperature setting.

The room was spacious with a lounge and kitchen area. i found a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and water upon arrival. transport links were excellent. I used the hop-on and off bus to travel. the location was convenient, with several stops within walking distance.
the breakfast selection was limited, and the staff seemed new. it took a while to get coffee, tea, and milk.
