the apartment was spacious, which i appreciated.

i found the concierge service disappointing. most of the staff seemed slow and unprofessional, especially during check-out. this was honestly the worst service i've experienced. i also found the apartment was not particularly clean, with dirt in the cups and hair on the bedsheets.

The location was acceptable and easily accessible by public transport.

The room was not clean at all. Everything was dirty, and I notice the cups were full of dirt when I tried to make coffee. The bed also had a lot of hair so the sheets seemed not changed. They charge extra for cleaning room so it is completely unacceptable.
