fantastic stay

digital switches early check

the digital light switches are very smart and innovative. the separate toilet to the shower room adds convenience. the bed was huge and comfortable. i was able to keep luggage before check-in and check in earlier than expected at 2pm instead of 3pm. this was greatly appreciated after a long travel day. the location is great and i walked everywhere.

i noticed water was charged after the first complimentary bottle of still water. the bottles are sealed, but it seems this is done in-house. i have stayed in several hotels where water is complimentary, particularly for a brand like this.

The room had digital light switches adding a modern touch and separate toilet room enhanced privacy. The bed was expansive offering comfort. everything looked new and well kept adding to the pleasant experience.

excellent location convenient location quick room service good cocktails small rooms faulty air conditioning disappointing breakfast

i enjoyed the excellent location near theaters. the room service was quick once i complained about coffee cups not being changed. the cocktails at the bar were also quite good .

the rooms felt small. the air conditioning did not work properly, and i could not open the window. the breakfast was disappointing, with many containers empty before the stated end time (it said 10:30, but it was empty at 10!).
