The location is good. It is very close to heroes' square. i found the location quiet and safe AS it's near a few embassies. staff were REALLY good. They are accommodating and friendly.

The towels were pretty old and VERY thin. They did not smell very nice. they REALLY need to be replaced. the aircon was turned off, so my room could not be cooled down.

the room i got felt smaller than expected i was on the first floor and there was noise from the reception area especially early in the morning it wasn't the peaceful stay i had hoped for the coffee machine in the room didn't work at first they replaced it after a few days but it was still a hassle and also they tried to charge for coffee pods even though i thought they were complimentary
