mixed experience, issues need addressing
broken door handle no ventilation
the location was acceptable for seeing some attractions.
i was really frustrated that the room wasn't properly cleaned one day. i had to ask about it the next morning. the bathroom lacked ventilation and one of the rooms had a broken door handle and a bad smell, probably from the drains.

helpful staff great breakfast
the staff at the front desk were wonderfully helpful. they recommended money changing facilities and suggested restaurants. it was in a lovely space.

inadequate cleaning fire smell
I had mixed feelings about my stay. I stayed for three nights, and my room was only cleaned once. I did not expect this from a four-star hotel. The corridor smelled like an open fire, possibly from the restaurant ovens. The rooms was a nice size and hotel had a good position, though.

spacious room big choice real eggs easy access
the room was spacious i noticed. breakfast offered a big choice with very nice food. i liked that scrambled eggs are made from real eggs. location was great with easy access to public transport i see.
the bathroom was a bit warm because i couldn't control the radiator temperature.

stinky towels broken switch
The breakfast was acceptable, with a decent variety of options each morning.
The light switches didn't always work, really annoying at night. I asked multiple times for a hairdryer, I never got it. The towels smelled bad, and I asked for fresh ones, i never got them.

the breakfast buffet was great! there were many options for food. the location was also a plus, very close to the chain bridge.
the room smelled musty, specifically room 220. i had to get my room key reprogrammed every day. it was really annoying.

helpful staff perfect location street noise limited room service
The staff were VERY helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room. It was cleaned daily. The location was perfect, especially for exploring Castle Hill. I found public transport easily accessible.
My room faced the street and experienced some noise. The room service exchanged towels but did not remake the bed. I found the empty tissue box was also not replaced.
