The welcome from the team was great they attended to all my requests without any hesitation. The meeting space had private access to the garden at the rear of the hotel it was a real gem. The location is excellent with easy access to shops restaurants and transport.

The stair carpets could use a clean as there were many stains I noticed. The paint work could be touched up in more than a few places. Breakfast at £35 a head is not worth it a small slice of dry cake cost £7 it was too much.

lovely greetings helpful suggestions excellent light powerful shower

the room had excellent light creating a warm ambiance we adored. the bathroom featured a powerful shower with fluffy towels enhancing comfort. i appreciated the attention to detail evident throughout the hotel.

the stair carpets showed some stains detracting slightly from the overall appearance.

pavilion road is a short walk away near this hotel allowing easy access. sloane square is also nearby offering convenient transportation links. the area felt central and leafy, perfect for exploring the neighborhood.
