excellent facilities and service
good choice executive room taxi arrangement easy check-in
the breakfast offered a very good choice and the room was clean i received an upgrade to an executive room and found it a good gesture the staff helped with taxi arrangements back to the airport check-in was easy the hotel had very good organization throughout my stay.
the room lights had complex controls and the overall lighting was quite poor

breakfast presented a really nice, very good choice with varied options to suit all tastes i was impressed by the excellent quality offered at the breakfast buffet each morning of my stay.

the staff was friendly and relatively helpful i appreciated that they assisted with arranging a taxi back to the airport upon my departure the front desk staff demonstrated excellent service during check-in.

a lovely hotel stay
king room clean room buffet breakfast
i received a room upgrade to a premium king room. the room was clean. breakfast included many choices and buffet style.. it was great. the staff was friendly.
the hotel is a little further from the centre of milan. i wish the hotel had a swimming pool.

the hotel staffs are friendly and willing to help always. they arranged rooms next to each other. there is another door outside of the two rooms, a practical feature for families.

parking is easy, if you arrive early enough there are places for free parking. the hotel's garage is relatively cheap comparing it with parking in milan. the elevators operated efficiently.

i was grateful for the plentiful choices at breakfast. the friendly staffs were also very helpful to me.
the hotel is a bit far from main attractions, i needed to spend some money for transport.
