The rooms were spacious. the location was near the metro station, a very short walk. a supermarket next to the hotel was very convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. I appreciated the assistance getting around.
the air conditioning in the single room i booked did not work! i had to keep the window open.

Breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh. The restaurant presented meals well! the bar also offered cute drinks upon arrival, a thoughtful touch after a long journey.

The reception staff were very helpful, especially phoeby and mara! they were skilled and dedicated, answering all questions. Barman marco was amazing. He was friendly, and professional.

my room, a comfy double, was super clean. i really enjoyed having a kettle with tea and coffee available. there was complimentary bottled water too, a small detail i appreciated. the metro station being only a short walk away was a great advantage, it made getting around very simple.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from the hallway at times. this made it a little difficult to sleep in some mornings.

the comfy double had a large, spacious wardrobe. the bathroom was super clean and included toiletries like shampoo and soap. i really appreciated having a television in the room for entertainment.
