helpful staff spacious room large beds coffee service

i found the reception staff cute. they was helpful with directions and recommendations. the room was spacious. it was also impeccably clean with large beds. the provided kettle, tea, and coffee were a plus.

the rooftop bar was closed. it would have been good to order a drink after arriving late.

mixed experience at this hotel

glass door lack of privacy

the staff were helpful. the location is great.

the breakfast room is small and i was asked to choose a breakfast time. having to schedule breakfast on holiday is unpleasant. the beautiful room is large though the bathroom has a glass door that does not close properly leaving a gap and it is very close to the bed. it felt unhygienic and offered no privacy.

the location was acceptable. i guess that's something.

The air conditioning barely worked . It seemed pointless. i slept with the window open every night, only to be greeted by excessive noise. i was also disappointed to find the phone in my room wasn't working. not a great experience.
