a stay with some issues
weak air conditioning shallow pool
the room facilities were alright.
The air conditioning was quite weak. I'd hoped for a cool room but it never got cold enough, even set to the lowest temperature. hallways felt hotter than expected as the common spaces lacked proper air conditioning, which must be tough for the staff. the pool turned out to be more like a shallow wading pool instead of a proper swimming pool.

weak air conditioning small wading pool
The rooftop area was acceptable.
The air conditioning was weak. I live nearby and needed good AC. The swimming pool was actually a wading pool. It was not what I expected. Outside the rooms, the temperature was hotter since the common spaces did not have AC.

some issues with noise and ac.
noise level weak air conditioning
the location was alright. it was close to transport.
the noise levels were unacceptable. i could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms, even after requesting a room change, the problem persisted. the air conditioning was also underperforming. it barely cooled the room despite being set to the lowest temperature.

some issues
room noise unhelpful staff
The room was not quiet. i heard noise from other rooms, and even from a private event on the top floor until midnight! the staff moved me, but without any apology. It seemed like i was overreacting. even after moving, i still could hear noise above and outside.

large selection coffee making facilities high standard private event other floor
the breakfast included a large selection. staff cleared and restocked items efficiently. the room was serviced to a high standard, i liked having tea and coffee making facilities.
the rooms were loud, i could hear people in other rooms. there was a private event on the top floor terraza that i could hear until midnight. i went to the reception to complain and they moved me to another floor, even then, the rooms were still noisy.
