the room facilities were alright.

The air conditioning was quite weak. I'd hoped for a cool room but it never got cold enough, even set to the lowest temperature. hallways felt hotter than expected as the common spaces lacked proper air conditioning, which must be tough for the staff. the pool turned out to be more like a shallow wading pool instead of a proper swimming pool.

The rooftop area was acceptable.

The air conditioning was weak. I live nearby and needed good AC. The swimming pool was actually a wading pool. It was not what I expected. Outside the rooms, the temperature was hotter since the common spaces did not have AC.

the noise levels were unacceptable. i could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms, even after requesting a room change, the problem persisted. the air conditioning was also underperforming. it barely cooled the room despite being set to the lowest temperature.

the breakfast included a large selection. staff cleared and restocked items efficiently. the room was serviced to a high standard, i liked having tea and coffee making facilities.

the rooms were loud, i could hear people in other rooms. there was a private event on the top floor terraza that i could hear until midnight. i went to the reception to complain and they moved me to another floor, even then, the rooms were still noisy.

The superior double room provided ample space. I also found the bathroom very functional for my needs. The hotel features a rewards program that looked to include many benefits.

The air conditioning was not effective. Common spaces did not have air conditioning causing discomfort. The breakfast options looked limited in their variety.
