THE location was really convenient. I liked that it was easy to walk to the cathedral , the monastery , and the castle. I found a car park only four minutes away, very helpful. MINAH at reception was nice. She was one of the most helpful receptionists I have EVER encountered.
The breakfast area felt small and cramped. The food options were GOOD , but the space made it less enjoyable. The corridors had DIM lighting , which wasn't ideal. The restaurant was closed one evening and there was no bar open, disappointing for a four-star hotel.

Wonderful Baths and Location

I really liked its central location. This fact means easy access to many bars and restaurants, and the Alcazaba is only a short walk. The staff seems great. They were friendly and helpful, appreciated. I found my room spacious, well cleaned, and maintained, so I had no remarks about this. There is also a rooftop pool including a fancy drinks vending machine.
I noticed the shower glass is not frosted, so it is see-through when showering. This feels not ideal for me when washing certain areas. The WiFi was also intermittent. It only worked for one of my nights, therefore I couldn't watch any apps on TV, a minor issue.

the location is fantastic, right in the city center, perfect for exploring! i had a great experience at the ancient baths, it was relaxing. the rooftop pool offered panoramic views, a warm welcome after a day of sightseeing. breakfast was served on the rooftop too. the views were amazing. and staff was friendly.

My junior suite offered a comfortable king size bed. It helped to relax after the whole day, believe me! the bathroom had l'occitane products, a nice touch. the room decor was modern and stylish. I really appreciate that.

I appreciated the spa facilities, they were really good. We were happy we could have a massage together. The rooms were well-equipped with a fridge, a safe, and coffee making facilities. Mina, one of the receptionists, assisted us greatly. She arranged another room for an extra night after we learned the hotel was fully booked. She provided recommendations for local restaurants. The hotel also gave us a bottle of cava with chocolates to celebrate a birthday.
The stairs entrance lacked proper lighting. It was a minor inconvenience, but still worth noting.

The staff provided really good assistance, especially Mina at reception, who arranged an extra night stay. She also offered excellent recommendations for local dining spots, a very helpful service. The welcome cava and chocolates were appreciated.
