The staff member at check-in was not friendly when my card didn't work. They suggested I had insufficient funds. That wasn't the case. I also left my laundry in the room, but it wasn't taken. Reception said they didn't do laundry until Monday. This meant I couldn't get it done. If it had been taken on Saturday, it would have been. No water was replenished, either.

the room was spacious exceeding my expectations i found all the staff to be friendly and accommodating savo was particularly helpful going above and beyond the rooftop pool was fantastic providing a relaxing space to unwind after a long day.

i noticed the absence of protective covers on the bed a detail that raised concerns about hygiene and maintenance standards i believe the hotel should address this issue to ensure guest well-being and comfort.

I found the rooftop pool and bar a perfect place to relax after exploring. the location worked well. It was easy enough to walk or use trams to get into the city center. i appreciated the quiet neighborhood as a contrast to busier areas.
