the hotel features a prime location near shops. my room offered a beautiful view of the lake. the reception staff (laiyla and ricardo) provided an amazing service. i received a warm welcome upon arrival and assistance with directions.

i noticed the furniture in the room showed some age. it didn't detract from the experience, but it's worth noting.

the provided shuttle service to and from the train station was convenient. i appreciated assistance from the driver when i received an email in italian, regarding a cancelled train. he helped me find alternative transportation to milan. the driver really were really nice.

The shower's water pressure was a little weak. It made washing long hair slightly difficult.
