wonderful stay by the lake!

our room offered beautiful lake views and a spacious layout, a true delight. the convenience of having the ferry stop right outside was fantastic. we easily explored nearby towns. the staff provided really good service throughout our stay, always helpful and smiling.
the noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable at times. i could hear other guests, which slightly impacted my sleep.

the hotel has convenient basement parking. this made arrival and departure easy. the pool area included plenty of loungers. a shaded section offered respite from the sun.

The location was convenient. It was right by the lake. the ferry station was next to the hotel. the restaurant location was also excellent.
the wifi signal was not strong in the room i occupied. the staff did not address my concerns about the wifi. there were no hair ironers available.

The hotel's location near the ferry stop was perfect. I found it easy to explore nearby attractions. the breakfast was excellent. It offered a good variety of tasty options. my room's size was nice, providing ample space for relaxation.
The wifi signal was not very strong in my room. It caused some inconvenience. i needed a more stable connection for my work.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful! the location was excellent, right next to the ferry stop. we took a short walk to the famous villa del balbianello. It was beautiful.
The wifi signal was horrible in our room, it barely worked! there were also no hair ironers available. I would have liked that.
