wonderful stay by the lake!
lake view really good service
our room offered beautiful lake views and a spacious layout, a true delight. the convenience of having the ferry stop right outside was fantastic. we easily explored nearby towns. the staff provided really good service throughout our stay, always helpful and smiling.
the noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable at times. i could hear other guests, which slightly impacted my sleep.

the hotel has convenient basement parking. this made arrival and departure easy. the pool area included plenty of loungers. a shaded section offered respite from the sun.

The location was convenient. It was right by the lake. the ferry station was next to the hotel. the restaurant location was also excellent.
the wifi signal was not strong in the room i occupied. the staff did not address my concerns about the wifi. there were no hair ironers available.

prime location easy access large room
I really appreciated the hotel's prime location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions. the staff helped us book entry to villa del balbianello. i also loved the room. It was clean and large.

helpful staff excellent location
I found the staff very friendly and helpful! the location was excellent, right next to the ferry stop. we took a short walk to the famous villa del balbianello. It was beautiful.
The wifi signal was horrible in our room, it barely worked! there were also no hair ironers available. I would have liked that.

The location was convenient. It was right across from the ferry station. Staff members were helpful. The room was clean.
The room felt outdated. Noise isolation was not good. I could hear other guests. Breakfast did not meet expectations.
