The hotel is close to the airport. A shuttle runs frequently for €5 per person. My room was a good size with air conditioning. The bed was comfortable.

The decor in some areas felt a little dated.

i found the front staff very nice! they were accommodating and tried their best to help me. the shuttle service to the airport is so convenient for early departures! it. the hotel has a restaurant, or you can find local options with shuttle service, this offers great dining flexibility.

the gym was a little tricky to locate. it's tucked away.

the room was not great there were insects everywhere i think they were large flying ants they were on the curtains on the floors in the bed and under the sheets i woke up surrounded by insects most of my family got mild skin rashes that cleared up after about three days

I found the staff helpful. They answered all my questions promptly. i was able to use the pool and i thought it was amazing!!! the hotel restaurant exceeded my expectations. The food was AMAZING!!! the hotel provided a shuttle bus. It was a convenient and positive feature.

i found the gym was difficult to locate in the building.

The airport shuttle runs frequently and only costs €5. It made catching my early flight very convenient. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I found a nice selection of snacks, a pleasant surprise after a long trip. The hotel's location is very convenient to Malpensa airport.

The gym was a bit difficult to locate within the hotel.

friendly driverscomfy pull-out

The shuttle service happened so quick and easy. The drivers were totally friendly! we got the standard quadruple room and it has one king bed plus a pull-out queen, super cool. i gotta say, my kids were shocked at how comfy the pull-out was. They slept like babies!

i can't even complain, but i guess the pool was closed sometimes .
