unclean floors basic breakfast
I was really annoyed by a couple of things. first, the cleaning in the room was not satisfactory. the floors felt unclean, and it was disappointing. the natural juices at breakfast tasted cheap. They were poured into glass bottles to appear fancier, but the taste was not good. the sweets were dry and pretty tasteless. overall, the breakfast felt basic for this supposed five-star hotel.

the check-in felt cold. staff watched my husband struggle with heavy bags without offering help. the furniture seemed outdated for a five-star place. there were plastic cups instead of proper glassware in the room.

Excellent Stay. Central Location
clean room helpful staff good selection central location
The hotel provided a very clean double or twin room. Staff at reception were quite helpful. Breakfast included a good selection of items. It was tasty! The hotel's location made it easy to walk to many nearby shops.
The room was simple. It did not quite match the 5-star rating expectation.
Rooms
9/10
The double or twin room included two twin beds pushed together, each featured firm mattresses and soft pillows. The room had a work desk and a separate seating area with a small sofa, offering space to relax, though the desk was quite small. The provided air conditioning worked well.
