I was really annoyed by a couple of things. first, the cleaning in the room was not satisfactory. the floors felt unclean, and it was disappointing. the natural juices at breakfast tasted cheap. They were poured into glass bottles to appear fancier, but the taste was not good. the sweets were dry and pretty tasteless. overall, the breakfast felt basic for this supposed five-star hotel.

the location had me near the metro. rooms were spacious. the staff made sure prosecco and fruit waited in my room for my daughters birthday.

the hotel maybe not a 5 star. wardrobes and floors was not very clean. the breakfast food seemed store bought and not good quality.

The hotel provided a very clean double or twin room. Staff at reception were quite helpful. Breakfast included a good selection of items. It was tasty! The hotel's location made it easy to walk to many nearby shops.

The room was simple. It did not quite match the 5-star rating expectation.
