poor air conditioning squeaky elevator
The air conditioning did not work well. The room felt warm even after adjusting the temperature. I found it inconvenient that temperature controls were central and required calling the front desk. the elevator made a squeaky noise. It was annoying.

non-functioning refrigerator noise disruption
i encountered a NON-FUNCTIONING refrigerator in one of the rooms. the location of our double rooms, directly above the main entrance, caused SIGNIFICANT noise disruption due to chairs and tables.

coffee machines tasty meals nice restaurant
breakfast included many options. there were three coffee machines, so i never waited. the hotel has a nice restaurant with tasty meals.
the hotel did not have a pool or massage services.

Acceptable Hotel But Some Issues
garage parking room elevator comfortable bed nonfunctional minibar broken air conditioning overcharge issue
The hotel has garage parking, and an elevator took me directly to my room, super convenient. Check-in and check-out processes were quick. I found the bed comfortable after a long drive.
The minibar in my room did not work, a real bummer. the air conditioning was not working. they were rude. What a nightmare!

Mediocre Stay with Functional Amenities
broken lift defective power socket
The lift from the garage to my room did not work I could not use it. The window also could not be opened it was out of order. The power socket hung only by its cables out of the wall it did not work either. Service staff was nice but after reminding them twice they came after four hours but could not fix anything
