inattentive staffdisorganized breakfast

i found several issues the breakfast service felt disorganized with constant shortages of glasses it was difficult to get what i needed i also found the staff to be inattentive not providing the level of service i expected for a hotel of this category there were long waits for assistance and a general lack of attentiveness i seemed like my needs weren't being properly addressed the minibar prices were also high and felt unjustified.

the location was acceptable, close to the station making it easy to move around.

The rooftop pool was a letdown. It was small and shallow. the pool bar seemed closed, and the area felt uncared for. our room had design flaws with impractical facilities and poorly positioned plug sockets.

The staff was very kind. They were always smiling and ready to assist with anything i needed. The junior suite i had was spacious (a pleasant surprise!). I received a compensation after discovering my initial room wasn't cleaned properly. This showed their commitment to service.

The underground car park entrance is very steep. I felt concerned about the possibility of damaging my car's bumper when entering.
