The room was spacious, clean and accommodating. The staff was super helpful with airport shuttle coordination and other requests I had. I found the food options on site very good. Parking was free and easy to access.

I found the payment policy to be somewhat unusual. They preauthorized an extra amount for incidentals, and I would have preferred to pay for the room outright to avoid this.

odd policypayment hold

the payment policy seemed odd. they put a hold on my card for the room, and then another hold for incidentals. i wasn't given an option to just pay for the room up front. now i gotta wait for them to release the hold, and it all feels a bit much for a short stay.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices, so i found something i liked! the receptionist was efficient at check-in. i really appreciated how quickly my room service meal arrived. It was still hot and presented nicely.

i didn't like that the hotel takes a preauthorization and charges separately. i had €300 blocked on my credit card! this was not customer-friendly.

the free parking was a real bonus (i always worry about that!). the restaurant provided a lovely meal, and the room was quite comfortable.

i was a little disappointed there wasn't complimentary water in the room. the hairdryer in the bathroom also felt a bit old-fashioned.

The staff were REALLY helpful, addressing all my questions clearly. The breakfast was served in a beautiful room with good food. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport. It was easy to arrange and only took five minutes.

I noticed the room was VERY average for the price, just a brown box. The ventilation didn't work well. I had to sleep with the window open. The shower was a little dirty.
