the staff was very kind from arrival to departure. the location fits us perfectly, a short distance to the city center. the metro is very near the hotel. jenny, nicola, rogelio were very nice people.

the bathroom door do not close properly. the room was very small. the heating do not work and i was freezing.

The check-in was smooth. Nikola was particularly helpful. the breakfast included many choices. I especially liked the fresh pastries and various cheeses. the location allowed easy access to the metro, something i really wanted. i appreciated the efficient car parking setup.

the reception staff were helpful. jenny and nicola checked us in quickly. i also appreciated the welcome drink, it was a nice touch. the barman made the drinks well.

the beds were not very comfy. i also noticed a lot of noise from outside traffic during the night. i was charged for mini-bar items i did not use, annoying.
